Does the AI decide applicability on its own?
No. AI prepares the analysis (detection, matching, proposed impact); the final qualification is validated by a human and every decision stays traceable.
How does the watch feed each site's register?
A validated change updates the requirements of the affected sites: each site's legal register stays current, with a history of changes.
