This policy describes the data NORMIA processes for the public website, access requests and authenticated use of the service.
Data processed
Depending on your use, NORMIA processes information you provide (name, business email, company and message), identifiers required for Entra authentication, and audit events and technical logs required for security and availability.
Purposes
The data is used to handle access requests, authenticate users, provide the service according to their permissions, protect accounts, diagnose incidents and retain evidence of actions required by a compliance product.
Cookies and local storage
No advertising cookies or audience tracking are used. Language, theme and session elements strictly required for authentication may be stored in the browser.
Hosting and providers
The service is hosted on Microsoft Azure in France Central. Microsoft Entra External ID provides authentication; related processing also depends on the identity provider selected on the hosted screen.
Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described and applicable obligations. Access is isolated by organisation and sensitive actions are logged.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and object to certain processing where applicable law allows.
